A small thing that I’m doing today to embody my dreams is trusting the process. I don’t have to chase my dreams, if I integrate my dreams into my daily life.

Sometimes I mentally get caught up in the past, and think staying away from those things that could be potentially harmful are too difficult to stay away from, this can’t be true though. To relieve that depressive overwhelming stress I need to live in my moments of peace away from all those harmful substances, that want to try, and take over my aspirations. The winter solstice is a new start, and the new season of wants to become full reality for me(moi). Never will I give up is at least a promise I can make to me(moi) to never do, no matter what kind of stinkin’ thinking I might be in. To prevail in accomplishments upon accomplishments is where I’m at. Finishing my last class in real – estate for a certificate is such an accomplishment for me too right now.

I just want to make amends to the people I’ve harmed right now. That’s what I regret the most.

The one regret would be loosing it all, trying to sort out the lesson of going from bottom, to top and back to the bottom is very hard for me to deal with mentally. Moving to LA in 2018 with a great job, being very successful, with promotions and raises every year, only to have the industry collapse and mass layoffs, which after 9 jobless months found me on the street. I am in the process of rebuilding my life. These regrets cut deep and I am working my program and learning to let this go, day by day, one day at a time.

Thank you for sharing recovery with me. Grateful.

Pause. Pausing in the moment even when the moments are tough is the first step before clarifying and deciding what is next.
For me pausing is awareness, acknowledging, or even breathing (3 breathes).
Sometimes it means more than 3 breathes. Not a simple distraction but an intentional one like moving my body

I’m starting to feel I’m doing to many things at once so for now, I’ll only be posting the links on this website. That will give me more time to help develop Occupy Love which will eventually give us more opportunities for USFZ members and stress free outlets to participate in.

This is my way of being kind to myself for now.
