MAKING MIRACLES HAPPEN –

“That one purpose,
[carrying the message]
clear and powerful, stands
alone in our collective con-
sciousness as the only thing
that really matters. With
that, all is possible and
miracles happen.”

Analysis: The Art of the Sacred Flow

Recovery requires a small spark of willingness. Courage to Change describes this as opening a clutched fist. This tiny movement invites a Higher Power into our lives. Consequently, miracles begin to unfold in the most unexpected ways. It Works, How & Why emphasizes our primary collective purpose. Carrying the message brings clarity to our spiritual consciousness. This mission makes the impossible feel attainable every single day.

Mark Twain connects miracles to industry and a determined spirit. He believes power resides in our steady application of effort. This inner hydrant releases a flow of transformative energy. Ralph Waldo Emerson noted that what lies within us is most vital (Emerson, 1841). Our internal world contains the seeds of vast greatness. Furthermore, Wellbriety teachings highlight this sacred connection to the universe. “Miracles flow from a life lived in harmony with the Great Spirit” (White Bison, 2002, p. 84). Diligence and faith create a bridge to a new existence. We must keep our spirits brave during this journey.

I wittiness the miracle of a new dawn every day. One of my favorite things is waking up with the day, hearing the squirrels, birds, even the city pulse of cars, trucks buses. These sounds are the signal that life is right now and I am a part of it. That for me is the first miracle of each that. That miraculous merger of energy and matter creating a consciousness allowing me to be here now, with you, sharing this moment.

Thank you for sharing recovery with me. Grateful.

“perseverance under a brave and determined spirit” … on a rare occasion I feel that way and then I remember I first prayed this morning for guidance and the results were far better than I could have expected for my event that’s been many months in the planning.

I need to focus on harvesting my energy to change. I need to speak with my higher power for guidance.

I’m not sure if it is a question of miracles, or allowing one’s self to be open to a range of possibilities. In my experience it is when I open myself to the scrutiny of a situation or position, that I can actualize being in a better space.
