When I listen to my breath and body I can zone into the areas that are screaming “help me, I’m in pain”, because of anxiety and resentments that I may be holding onto. I sometimes have to force myself to breathe through it, process it, and let it go.

The more consistent I am with prayer and meditation, the closer my conscious contact with God is… I am so grateful for the motivation friends have given me and I give it back every chance I get…

That more exercise and movement is good. Breathing is calming and that life can be better through our efforts every day.

Thank you for sharing recovery with me. Grateful.
