    For me, its freedom, or rather freedom to……

    I have freedom to be, feel, do, act, experience, etc, when I rid myself of rigid expectations and selfish desires.

    compassion is definitely 1 of the eternal thingsin life that otters to me most. sso 1 of the things that I have to continue to remind myself is that require non judgement and that I have to sacrifice my own petty judgement to remain compassionate. (8 mins)

    Happy Valentine’s Day! I am learning about gratitude and how my gratitude is based on learning new ways to love. Gratitude is about love and love is about connection and connection is about letting go of guilt, fear and shame. I may not show my love perfectly and I am still learning to be grateful.

    Easy need to do that especially so I wont have to keep second guessing myself

    I know when I am being judgmental and filled with lovelessness. My chest feels squeezed tight as though my heart is constricting. When my self-righteousness bursts into flame, I have to take a step back. “There but for the grace of God go I.” I am here for a reason – I am here to bring love – no mas y no menos. The trick in all this is bringing love of myself to myself which I can only do when I allow the unconditional love of my Higher Power into my life. I can drop my delusion that I am my own or anyone else’s Higher Power.
