Divine Creator & Higher Self Guided Mediation (1:06:43)

English Analysis

In The Basic Text, we see faith described as a source of transformation. William James, in The Varieties of Religious Experience, argued that personal encounters with the divine create radical change. He believed people access unseen powers through trust, not rigid doctrine. Likewise, Carl Jung emphasized the psyche’s need for symbols of transcendence. He saw these symbols as essential for growth and healing.

Transitioning to 12 & 12, the message expands on acceptance without dogma. James again reminds us that belief can evolve through experience, not strict theology. Similarly, Jung taught that the unconscious reveals forces greater than reason. Both thinkers stress humility before realities we cannot fully explain. Frank Lloyd Wright echoes this by spelling “God” as “Nature.” He equated divine presence with the natural world’s order.

Therefore, today’s Zonr post highlights a unifying theme. Transformation requires openness to a Higher Power, even without full understanding. The thinkers agree: power beyond the self allows change. Whether called God, Nature, or psyche, this mystery strengthens human resilience.

I don’t believe that it’s necessary to understand everything. It’s a noble pursuit, but it’s both possible and more helpful to accept portions of reality that I don’t have deep knowledge of. Finding credible sources, trusting experts, and extending critical thinking as much as possible is enough. I don’t need to somehow know everything. Just to accept the unknown

I think one needs to pay attention and be open to see or hear anything like a sign. Sometimes, we get the “white light” moments where it feels obvious that there is some higher power there ferrying us along our paths. But most of the time it’s in whispers, be it guidance from our friends or promptings that feel like an undercurrent to our lives. At least , that’s my perspective

He makes his presence known when I wake up every morning, when I go to bed in the evening, and throughout the entire day. He’s there when I feel Joy he’s there when I’m upset. He created nature and when I take a trip up to the mountains or down to the Jungle or into the sea it’s a wonderful thing to see his Marvelous works….Thankyou my Lord and Savior Christ Jesus

“Be still and know that I am God.” One of my favorite quotes. When I am still and mindful my HP reveals truth to me in ways that are subtle, profound and transcendent. Truly a peace that passes all understanding. These moments are found in nature perhaps easier than then in other spaces, other that are filled with distractions. Also when I am in nature, I can see the work that is beyond human and spirituality in balance in harmony which tells me that there is a power beyond our earthly awareness.

Thank you for sharing recovery with me. Grateful.

Here’s the neat trick: I do not believe we ever separate from our HP’s. Maybe I just believed the lie that HP had walked away from me. Maybe that never happens…maybe I just regained consciousness. Maybe I was once again given the gift of awareness – and this time from another level. Today I acknowledge and express gratitude for my Higher Power in my life.

Having been restored to my Higher Power, I feel free, liberated. I walked away from my Higher Power 45 years ago and I was finally able to find this Power greater than myself when I was given the gift of breast cancer (13 years ago). They say, “God writes straight on crooked lines.” Glad I’m back.
