Analysis: The Art of Grace

Vulnerability heals the fractured spirit. The Basic Text uncovers our hidden secrets. Someone finally knows our crazy thoughts. This exposure strips away our heavy shame. A Higher Power meets us in that raw space. We discover true acceptance there.

Forgiveness restores our inner balance. Twelve Steps and Twelve Traditions explores this vital freedom. We begin to feel worthy of grace. Jean-Paul praised the unmatched beauty of forgiveness. Offering pardon elevates the human soul.

Wellbriety traditions honor this sacred release. “Forgiveness frees us from past chains” (White Bison, 2002, p. 88). Thich Nhat Hanh taught similar practices of peace (Hanh, 1991). He believed compassion dissolves deep emotional wounds. We drop our defenses through intentional healing. Grace transforms every heavy heart.

God has taught me (moi) to be all forgiving, and instead replace that with care. I like to forgive when need be or just get someone in all making peace/Zen with each other. Lately I’ve been doing some meditating for serenity, because I need that so much. All of us have had our moments I’m sure. With this guard card I have, I’ve become a bit more distant, I definitely can’t understand psychotic behavior. In correcting, if someone can become someone better without any harm, that’s great as life is to value, I can try to forgive.

I was so very happy to see this post. Ho’ Oponopono is one of, if not the highest form of Emotional Inteligence and wisdom a human can achieve in our duality. It is profound wisdom and a great a sage enlightened human shared with me and I aspire to its state of awareness.

    I am sorry
    Forgive me
    Thank you
    I love you

This completes the wheel and close the potential of harm always. It is the key to unlock the highest levels of empathy, compassion and love. I am so grateful that this message is posted here and will work to live up to its level of judgement free agape love.

Thank you for sharing recovery with me. Grateful.

That’s pretty cool I like the ho oponopono approach to keep things balanced to forgive when needed, to restore order it’s basically one of the same teachings as Jesus preaches!
