Its loveliness increases; it will never
Pass into nothingness; but still will keep

Analysis: The Mirror of Truth
We must face our internal shadows. Twelve Steps and Twelve Traditions lists major human failings. These defects block our spiritual growth. We identify them to gain clarity. Honest inventory reveals our true nature. A Higher Power guides this brave process.
Acceptance transforms our messy history. It Works: How and Why encourages steady self-reflection. We acknowledge both flaws and strengths. Confucius praised the beauty of a flawed diamond. Perfection remains an impossible, wearying goal. We embrace our messy humanity instead.
Wellbriety teachings offer wisdom for this journey. “We heal by speaking our truth” (White Bison, 2002, p. 45). Brené Brown also highlights the power of vulnerability (Brown, 2012). She argues that flaws actually build connection. Vulnerability creates a bridge to others. We release old shame through this work. Peace arrives when we stop hiding. Every day offers fresh light for our souls.

— Confucio (551 a.C. – 479 a.C.)
Análisis
Debemos enfrentar nuestras sombras internas.
